In The Matter Of Robert White v The Land Registry (England).


Background...Robert White of Sheerness, being a bankrupt, a cheapskate and a man of limited intelligence has attempted to file 'Lis Pendens' with The Land Registry in a pathetic attempt to prevent the trustee in bankruptcy taking and selling the properties to which they purport to relate.

In an even more pathetic attempt to give these worthless documents authority which they do not and cannot receive the said Robert White took his 'case' to a 'Common Law Court' which is in reality no more than a website (commonlawcourt.com) based in Scotland with no legal powers whatsoever.

The supposed court gave judgement in favour of Mr White on 19/11/2017 in the following form...

In relation to the Statement of Claim presented this day, by Robert White (applicant), the Court issues the following lawful order.

The court is allowing the applicant to assert his lawful right under Common Law to have a lawful Deed recorded by the state. It is a Common Law right for a man to have a lawful Deed recorded in the Books of Council and Session. The state has so far removed that Common Law right, together with a failure to provide Public Interest evidence. The attempt to remove this right may be a criminal offence under Common Law

Common Law rights must be preserved rather than the state protecting vested interests; otherwise the state is protecting vested interests over the public interest.

This Court Order is effective as of this date, under the authority of this Common Law Court and jus gentium, the Law of Nations.

It is not readily apparent what, if anything, this gibberish is supposed to mean.

The law.

Mr White describes himself as a 'Lawful Rebel' whose 'standing under article 61 of the Magna Carta' apparently exempts him from statute law and paying his debts. This is clearly not the case. His puerile attempts to avoid opening his wallet have so far achieved the sum total of sweet fuck all. Every single agency to which he has sent the 'notices' he C&Ped from the internet have treated said notices with the contempt they deserve and ignored them.

The supposed 'Common Law Court' has no powers and no standing under statute or common law and all of its judgements are utterly worthless.


Judgement.The International Common Law Supreme Court, acting Sua Sponte, and sitting in chambers  has considered the above case and for the reasons given above voids all judgements of the so called 'Common Law Court' which relate to Mr White.

This decision is FINAL.
